At The Elegant Office we are constantly searching for new ways to help our customers build world-class conference facilities. To that end, we are proud to announce our first foray into an expanded selection of dining accessories! Recently, we have taken a large step forward in our hospitality department and are pleased to offer four new types of items aimed at hospitality: placemats, menu covers, wine lists, and check presenters. These new products are all fully customizable in order to fit the client's exact specifications or to match any existing accessories. The lead times on these custom items do vary, but we offer very quick turnarounds compared to most custom options on the market. Based on customer feedback we believe that these products will help fill a void in corporate dining with the exact same high-quality craftsmanship and customer service The Elegant Office is known for. The first of our hospitality items is a newly designed placemat. Made specifically for dining and restaurant use, it is the perfect option for foodservice in either a high-class or casual setting. These foodservice-oriented placemats differ from our “conference or desk” based placemats which have a lower profile and more cushioned surface. The newer placemats are of a firmer build and are fully made in the USA. We can also create the custom placemat with a specific type of material to help support establishments with extremely hot or cold dishware that may be placed atop the mat. All the while the material also works to protect your table from unwanted spills or stains and are guaranteed to add a new level of elegance. These placemats can be ordered in multiple sizes and shapes such as 12x18 Octagon, 13x16 Octagon, 13x17 Rectangle and 11x14 Rectangle. As with our previous line of thicker conference table based placemats we are offering a range of personalization options to present your brand in the absolute best light.

Tailored, matching menu covers complete the elegant dining experience, and now we at The Elegant Office are pleased to offer just that! Our new selection of menu covers are made in the USA, and come in a variety of colors and materials including Brown Lantau, Linen Canvas and Pistachio. We offer the menu covers with two readily available sized inserts, 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14 with either 2 or 4 panels respectively. Regarding the decorating options for the your logo or branding, we offer our timeless blind debossing, foil stamping, silkscreen, and aluminum or copper die cut windows. The lead time for an order of custom menu covers is just 2-4 weeks, with minimums as low as 50 pieces.

Why not have a wine list that ages as beautifully as the beverage itself? With that question in mind we at The Elegant Office are pleased to announce our new line of fully customizable wine lists. Each wine list is handmade in the USA, and is available in a variety of color options including Linen Wicker, Aston Black and Slate Blue. The customer may even customize the binding type of the Wine List with Catch Corners or Horizontal Flaps depending on preference. The decorating options for the wine list are the same as the menu list above. Wine lists also feature speedy turnaround times of 2-4 weeks, with low minimum orders of 25 pieces.

The final item added to our hospitality line is fittingly the last item used in any fine dining experience, the check presenter. Ensures that your guest’s final interaction is every bit as memorable as their first impression of your restaurant or dining facility with a custom check presenter! Made in the USA, the presenters are fully customizable as with the rest of the hospitality line and are offered in a variety of color and material combinations. Lead time for the check presenters is again 2-4 weeks, with minimums as low as 25 pieces.
