Extended Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed from November 15th through the holiday season may be returned as late as January 15 the following year. So orders placed November 15, 2017 may be returned until January 15, 2018. The same return steps noted below apply - so please hold on to all boxes (shipping cartons as well as retail gift boxes). Credits will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. If a Free Gift is included as part of the purchase, that item will need to be returned as well or its value will be deducted from the credit processed.

Need to return an item you purchased? No problem! Please follow these steps:

  1. Call our Customer Service Team at 866-433-7573 to request a Return Authorization number. It's helpful if you have your original order number handy when you call. We accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase.
  2. Place the item you'll be returning in its original retail packaging, then pack in a sturdy shipping carton.
  3. Return the item to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.

That's all there is to it! Once the item is received and processed, we'll promptly issue you the applicable credit.

Returns Terms & Conditions:

    • All returns must be received within 30 days.
    • Returns received without a return authorization number may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
    • Returned items must be received in new condition in their original retail packaging to receive a full credit. Items not in compliance may either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion.
    • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the person returning the package.
    • Please allow up to 4 weeks for return processing.
    • Credits will be less freight and any restocking fees that may be applicable.
    • Refunds can only be given to the original purchaser. If the item was received as a gift, it may be exchanged for a different item.
    • Custom products, items decorated with a logo, initials or a name, and open-box items may not be returned for a refund. In the event that an item is received in damaged or defective condition, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
    • Orders shipped outside the USA cannot be returned for credit.
