You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

"As always, excellent quality conference pads from The Elegant Office - our CEO was so impressed the first time we ordered from The Elegant Office, he wanted more for our new office in Dallas, and asked that I order some in a couple different sizes for him to see which would work for the new office space. I ordered these, and he's keeping them both, and having more debossed with our company logo. The Elegant Office is very professional and communicative - we absolutely recommend their conference pads products to anyone looking to buy. Compared to the cheap $10-$20 dollar ones off of Amazon, the prices may seem very high, but the quality of the leather and craftsmanship is in an entirely different league and is absolutely worth the investment, because they stand behind their products and last for many many years."
