MATERIAL DESCRIPTION Top Grain Leather – has had the outer most layer of the hide removed, so the surface layer marks and scratches are not visible. This material is strong and durable, yet more pliable than full grain leather.
CARE & CLEANING For weekly care, use a watered down mild liquid dish soap. Dampen a cloth and wipe the item, then follow with a dry cloth to remove any moisture. A conditioning leather cleaner should be used 2-4 times a year for deeper cleaning.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

"I have a 1940's era manager's desk that is in lovely condition. The desktop is 60"W x 34"D. I chose the 38"W x 24"D leather desk pad in chocolate, without rails. It's perfect! Not only does it look gorgeous on my desk, it gives me ample room to work and write. I took a photo of the pad on my desk to show the size compared to my large desktop, but I don't think I can attach it here. The surface is firm enough to write without leaving marks on the pad, and the weight and backing helps prevent it from sliding around unintentionally. I love it. Very glad I chose this one!"
