"My experience was not good. Since it was to be a Christmas gift, I ordered well before Christmas only to be notified when it was too late that the set couldn't be supplied as ordered because you were missing a piece. I was given an apology and replacement options I could choose only later to be told my set was shipped as ordered. The set that arrived was an mis matched set of mahogany and rosewood. Your customer service could not offer me a remedy that would result in a "perfectly matched set" as advertised and I was told that you could not guarantee that any future replacement pieces would match. The set is beautiful but not a matched set. Very disappointed."
