CARE & CLEANING A conditioning leather cleaner should be used 2-4 times a year for a deep cleaning on the bonded leather surface.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Looks great on the site, but arrived flawed/damaged.

"The item itself arrived with a large black stain on the blue on manufacturer embossed side of the item as well as several of what appeared to be water stains or runs. This was surprising as the packing was entirely unmarred, so it must have come from the the manufacturer. The black side of the item was was free of markings, however it was really the blue side of the mat that I was interested in using as this matched my office much better, and I felt looked better. Fortunately after emailing pictures of both sides, TheElegantOffice advised me to sent it back for exchange and so I have sent it off. I hope the new one arrives in better condition, however if it does not, I have an alternative plan to use it on my desk at work, as I've since purchased a "allegedly" handmade item from Etsy, and am waiting for it to arrive. I'll keep the nicer of the two for my home office, and take the other to work."
